Overview

The dried radishes were dried in the winter by my mother-in-law, who was very good at living. Seeing that she bought too many radishes and couldn’t finish them, she hurriedly dried them. A few days ago, I was cleaning up the cabinet and found this pack. I ate it quickly! Hehe, dried radish and pork belly are absolutely delicious. The dried radish that absorbs the meaty flavor becomes more and more delicious the more you eat it!

  1. Material diagram. The dried radish has been cooked. Cut it into shreds, cut the ginger into shreds, and mince the leeks. You can also use green onions or garlic sprouts. Cut the pork belly into shreds and marinate with salt and soy sauce cooking wine.
