Pour ordinary flour into a basin, add boiling water little by little (preferably above 80°C), stir with chopsticks while adding, as shown in the picture, do not add too much water, otherwise it will be too soft and sticky to your hands.

After cooling, knead into a smooth dough.

Adjust the filling to your personal preference. Add green onion and ginger to the meat filling, add soy sauce, a little sugar, oyster sauce, thirteen spices, salt and MSG, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the tofu.

Beat the eggs and fry until they resemble snowflakes (keep stirring after adding to the pan) and let cool.

Chop the leeks into mince and mix with oil to prevent water from coming out easily. Then mix the chopped tofu, eggs, and leeks into the meat filling. Add sesame oil and mix well.

When the dough is ready, roll it into long strips.

Cut into small pieces.

Roll out the cake and make stuffing.

Wrapped and ready for frying.

Preheat the pot over low heat, add a little oil, fry, and cover with a lid. The meat filling will cook more easily.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
