Sanhei porridge
Overview
This three-black porridge is made from black beans, black rice, and black sesame seeds, plus a few red dates. It has a thick and delicious taste, is rich in nutrients, nourishes the kidneys and replenishes qi, and gradually reduces white hair. It also has certain effects on delaying aging.

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the black beans the night before and soak them in water overnight.

Add water to the pot, put the soaked black beans in, add a little edible alkali and two drops of oil.

After the water boils, put the washed rice in and boil it.

Put the washed red dates in and bring to a boil.

Add the black sesame seeds and bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 50 minutes.
