Chop the tempeh and shiitake mushrooms and divide them into pieces for later use.

Prepare beer, soybean paste, chopped pepper, peanuts, cooked sesame seeds, chili noodles and other seasonings for frying.
-
Pour the cooking oil into the pot, stir-fry the onion, ginger, garlic, etc. until fragrant.
-
Pour the minced beef into the pot and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
-
When the meat changes color, add the chopped pepper and continue to stir-fry.
-
Then add tempeh and stir-fry with minced pepper beef and so on.
-
After the chopped pepper and black bean sauce are stir-fried, add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry to dehydrate.
-
Add peanuts, green pepper powder, cooked sesame seeds, chili powder, soybean paste, etc. and continue stir-frying. Add rock sugar for seasoning to make the spicy sauce spicy but not dry, and the taste is more neutral.
-
Finally, add 2 cans of beer and simmer slowly over low heat to mix the aromas of the various ingredients together to create the unique flavor of the spicy sauce.
-
When the water in the ingredients in the pot has completely evaporated, the spicy beef sauce is ready.
