Satay beef skewers
Overview
Satay, also called sand tea, Chaozhou people pronounce tea as dad (sound). They used to grill and press beef strips with a machine. This time, they changed the method and made beef skewers with sand tea and paired with onions. It was fragrant and delicious.

Tear the beef strips apart and do not clump them together;

Put all the seasonings, 1 tbsp minced ginger, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp minced onion into a large bowl;

Stir evenly;

Put the beef into the seasoning bowl and mix gently with your hands;

Put the beef into the box along the strips and let it soak overnight, then soak the bamboo skewers;

Use a bamboo skewer to pierce the meat in the shape of the word "hang". After piercing a strip of meat, pierce a piece of onion. Do not wear it too tightly. Repeat this process repeatedly;

Place the threaded skewers on an old baking sheet, preheat the oven to 400°F, and bake on the baking sheet for about 20-23 minutes after the oven is preheated;

Roast as shown in the picture, and the meat is ready to eat as soon as it is cooked.
