Homemade tofu
Overview
There is nothing more delicious than home-cooked food. With ordinary ingredients and simple methods, you can make your own home-cooked food. There are many ways to make tofu, and my daughter likes to eat them all, but her favorite is the tofu that is fried first and then stewed with tomato sauce.

Cut the bell peppers into cubes, cut the tofu into cubes, slice the king oyster mushrooms, and chop the coriander and ginger.

Prepare a mixing bowl with tomato paste, light soy sauce, water, salt, and starch.

Heat the oil in the wok and add the tofu cubes.

Slowly fry the tofu over medium-low heat until brown, and I put the king oyster mushroom slices on the side.

Because of the heating problem, some tofu will brown first. Use chopsticks to turn it over. Whoever browns first will turn it. After both sides are brown, you can switch places with the others.

When they are almost browned, push the king oyster mushrooms together and stir-fry.

Then push the dish to one side, add oil and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant.

Add yellow pepper pieces and stir-fry.

Add a little water, cover and simmer for a while.

After boiling the pot, pour in the prepared gravy.

Add the coriander segments, reduce the juice and remove from the pot.
