Weird smelling chicken feet
Overview
After watching the World Cup for a few days, I summarized the following points: 1. Close the door of someone and their child's room tightly before the start of the game to prevent noise from disturbing the family when scoring or preparing to score. 2. Put food and drink within your reach, in case you get up to grab something and score a goal and have to watch the replay which is not enough. 3. Snacks must be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. Watching the ball should be accompanied by delicious food. So this strange-flavored chicken feet was prepared when making dinner and stored in the refrigerator. After cooling, the sweet, sour, salty and spicy chicken feet become more delicious, and the skin is chewy and springy.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare chicken feet
-
Chop the nails off the chicken feet, chop them in half, clean them, slice the ginger, fluff the garlic, and cut the green onions into sections for later use
-
Boil water in a pot, add chicken feet, ginger slices, green onions and cooking wine. After the water boils, cook for 5 minutes until the chicken feet are 7 minutes cooked
-
While the chicken feet are cooking, make the sauce: dark soy sauce, extremely fresh light soy sauce, cooking wine, fish sauce, oyster sauce, braised soy sauce, vinegar, white sugar and a small amount of water to make a sauce and set aside
-
Take out the cooked chicken feet, wash them in clean water, and drain off the water
-
Heat a wok, add oil, add ginger slices, garlic and green onions and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add the chicken feet and stir-fry until the water is dry
-
Reduce the sauce and simmer
-
When the juice is almost dry, add chili powder and stir well, then taste it. Add sour, sweet, salty, and spicy as appropriate, and adjust to suit your taste
