  3. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, and appropriate amount of salt to the minced meat

  4. Stir evenly and marinate for about 10 minutes

  5. Cowpea cut into rings

  6. Cut millet and pepper into rings, mince ginger and garlic

  7. Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, stir-fry the marinated minced meat until the meat changes color and separates, take it out and set aside

  8. Use remaining oil to sauté minced ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant
