Ingredients: sour beans, tenderloin, ginger and garlic, millet pepper (or red dried chili) Seasonings: sesame oil, black pepper, oil, light soy sauce, vegetable oil, chicken powder, salt, cooking wine (omitted)

Minced tenderloin

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, and appropriate amount of salt to the minced meat

Stir evenly and marinate for about 10 minutes

Cowpea cut into rings

Cut millet and pepper into rings, mince ginger and garlic

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, stir-fry the marinated minced meat until the meat changes color and separates, take it out and set aside

Use remaining oil to sauté minced ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant

Pour in the chopped cowpeas, reduce the heat to low and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes

Add the minced meat to the pot and stir-fry evenly

Add a small amount of light soy sauce and oil

Pour sesame oil and serve
