Overview

Huanggui persimmon cake, a famous snack in Xi'an Huimin Street, is made from Huojing persimmons produced in Lintong District. The persimmon cake baked with fire crystal persimmons is golden in color, sticky and sweet, and fragrant with yellow cinnamon.

  1. Prepare materials.

  2. Place walnut kernels, peanut kernels, melon seed kernels, white sesame seeds, and black sesame seeds into the baking tray respectively. Preheat the oven and bake each type of nuts for 2 minutes until the nuts are cooked and slightly brown on the surface.
