Material.

Cut the lean meat into cubes and put it into a bowl, add a spoonful of starch and a spoonful of light soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

Cut the red pepper into small pieces, cut the green pepper into sections, and mince the ginger, garlic and millet.

Dice king oyster mushrooms.

Place the king oyster mushrooms in a pot of boiling water and blanch until raw, remove and drain. Set aside.

Take a small bowl, add half a bowl of water, add a spoonful of starch, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a small spoonful of chicken powder and appropriate amount of salt, mix well and set aside.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and heat it until it is 70% to 80% hot. Add the diced meat and quickly slide it into pieces.
