Prepare the ingredients. If you don’t like spicy green peppers, you can halve them. Our family likes to eat green peppers, so I added one more

Cut tofu into thick slices, mince green onions, shred ginger, and cut green and red peppers into cubes

Wash the pot, heat it and pour in an appropriate amount of oil, slightly more oil. Add tofu and fry over medium heat

Fry until the tofu is set and turn over

Fry until both sides of the tofu are golden and set aside

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry over low heat until red oil comes out

Add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

Add tofu

Pour half a bowl of water

Add green and red pepper and stir-fry evenly

Add light soy sauce

Add dark soy sauce

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly

Cover and simmer for 2 minutes to absorb the flavor
