Get the ingredients ready.

Clean the small abalone and cut into pieces with a cross knife.

Add salt, cooking wine, green onion, ginger and MSG and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add XO sauce to light soy sauce, a little sugar, MSG and salt to make a juice and set aside.
