Prepare the ingredients, wash the soaked fungus and daylily and set aside, wash and slice the mushrooms and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat until it is 70% hot. Saute the ginger slices until fragrant

Add the mushrooms and fungus and stir-fry

Add daylily and stir-fry

Add a little water, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and chicken powder, stir-fry over high heat

When the mushrooms and fungus become soft and cooked, mix a little cornstarch into water
