Soak the black fungus, wash and tear into small florets and set aside.

Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, white pepper, ginger powder, very fresh flavor, eggs, and a little salt to the minced pork and stir well.

Poke a hole in a piece of fried tofu with chopsticks, and use the chopsticks to gently rotate the inside a few times without damaging the skin and making the inside larger.
