If you feel that the spices are not easy to use, you can use Wang Shouyi’s Thirteen Spices to stew the meat, which tastes very good. Choose potato noodles for better taste.

  1. Boil water, add bone, green onion, ginger, aniseed, pepper, cooking wine, blanch the meat until it bleeds, take it out and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry rock sugar.

  3. Fry until caramel color and add meat.

  4. Fry the cavity bone until brown, add water.

  5. The water should cover the bones or about three fingers high, and then add other condiments.

  6. Turn the heat to medium, cover and simmer for more than 1 hour. Add the chopped potatoes (choose potatoes with noodles).

  7. Stew until the potatoes are cooked. It takes about 30 minutes. I use the spices I prepared myself, so after taking it out of the pot, take out the bones separately and put the potatoes and sifted soup together for easy bibimbap😄.
