Tofu dumplings
Overview
I bought too much tofu and kept it in the refrigerator for several days without finishing it. After eating too much fried tofu and tofu soup, I got tired of it. I saw there were two pieces of tofu left, so I took one and made tofu dumplings. You can make more tofu dumplings at one time, put them in the refrigerator, make soup, or use them as a staple food. All very convenient.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the materials, preferably chop. I was too lazy and didn’t chop them, so they were all in pieces, making it difficult to shape later
-
Stir-fry minced meat
-
Then stir-fry all the food in the pan, add light soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence, turn off the heat, and add crushed peanuts before taking it out of the pan.
-
Pour the small stuffing into a large bowl and add a piece of tofu
-
Crush the tofu and ingredients evenly with your hands. Knead it a few times until it is well shaped
-
Equip half a bowl of sweet potato flour
-
Place the rolled tofu balls in the sweet potato flour and roll them into a round shape so that they will not fall apart when steamed.
-
Since the ingredients are cooked, it can be steamed for five minutes before being cooked. It’s delicious when eaten while it’s hot.
