French vegetable salty cake
Overview
I tried the [Dongling TM018 Bread Magician] bread machine again, and today I chose the [Bake] function that comes with the bread machine to bake cakes. I made a [savoury] cake today, which is a little different from the sweet cakes we usually eat; this French vegetable salty cake mainly has a solid texture, and the ingredients are not chocolate or fruits but vegetable bacon. In France, salty cakes are often eaten as a matter of course. The production process is very simple; just like making muffins, simply stir the ingredients and put them into the mold immediately and bake. When using a bread machine to bake the cake, the surrounding area is actually not hard at all; it tastes soft and has a beautiful color, which is incomparable to my old bread machine. When my husband first tasted this salty cake, he said it had the texture of pizza. Because of the addition of bacon, bell peppers and black olives, the taste was very close to pizza. If you don’t like sweet cakes, you can try this salty cake. Elderly people in the family who have high blood sugar can also eat it. It is especially suitable for breakfast or afternoon tea. There are not many types of noodles; they are mainly vegetables and are worth trying.

Cut the zucchini into 4 slices and dice the rest, cut the broccoli into small florets and set aside, dice the bell pepper and slice the black olives.

Cut the bacon into cubes and stir-fry it in an oil-free pan before taking it out.

Place the eggs, milk, salt, olive oil and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Stir the egg batter evenly and add low-gluten flour, baking powder, and cheese powder.

Continue to stir until there are no lumps.

Add diced zucchini, bacon slices (leave a little for garnish), black olives (leave a little for garnish), and bell peppers (leave a little for garnish).

Mix all the ingredients with the batter and put half of the batter into the bread pan.

Add broccoli.

Continue pouring in the remaining batter.

Sprinkle remaining bacon slices, bell peppers, black olives and sliced zucchini on top of batter.

Sprinkle a few drops of olive oil and dried parsley leaves over the zucchini.

Bread machine setting button [19 Bake] program, time is 50 minutes; first let the bread machine preheat for 10 minutes.

After the bread machine is preheated, place the bread pan in and close the lid to start baking.

When the bread machine is finished baking, set it to bake again for 20 minutes; it can be eaten after the second baking.
