Spicy hotpot
Overview
I prefer light flavors. This is my first time making spicy hotpot. Since I don’t like spicy food, I used a little less spice. The fat guy was very considerate, saying it was delicious and actually ate it all himself~

Soak and wash the dried fungus; fry the river prawns;

Peel the lotus root and cut into pieces; cut the dried fragrant seeds into small pieces; slice the ginger and garlic;

Cut the cauliflower into small florets; cut the onion into shreds;

Slice king oyster mushrooms; peel and slice lettuce;

Pork belly slices;

Heat the oil in the wok, add the pork belly, stir-fry and remove the oil;

Leave oil in the pot, add king oyster mushrooms and dried fragrant fenugreek and fry until slightly brown, set aside;

Leave the oil, you can add a little more, and sauté the ginger, garlic, and dried chili until fragrant;

Add spicy spices and stir-fry until fragrant;

Put the pork belly, river shrimp, vegetables, etc. into the pot in order and stir-fry until fragrant.
