Soak the sea rice in advance, peel and cut the winter melon into cubes, cut the tofu into cubes, clean the white jade mushrooms and divide them into small florets.

Heat a small amount of cooking oil in the pot.

Add chopped green onion and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the winter melon and dried shrimps and stir-fry.

Pour the winter melon and sea rice into the soup pot and add half the pot of water.

Add tofu and white jade mushrooms.

Add soy oyster sauce and chicken essence and continue heating for half an hour to forty minutes (time is flexible).

Add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of sesame oil before serving.
