Overview

This is the second time the ACA chef machine has been photographed. The first time I made steamed buns and used it to knead a relatively hard dough. It felt very relaxed. Today I continued to use hard dough and used its meat grinding and juicing function to squeeze out spinach juice to knead the dough. This dough is harder than the steamed bun dough because making siomai requires a harder dough. Mincing meat is even easier. One and a half pounds of meat can be minced into stuffing in less than 2 minutes. Making minced meat at home can be done in minutes with the ACA cooking machine. The most important thing is that I use the sixth gear for mincing meat and juicing. When running at high speed, the kitchen machine is still stable, unlike some kitchen machines that swing in a scary way. Having this kitchen machine has liberated me a lot. I made two kinds of pasta, and I plan to have it beat the eggs for me tomorrow while I make a cake.

  1. Both mutton and pork were cut into pieces. Originally, all mutton was used. This was the first time I used a chef's machine to grind the meat. I was afraid that the mutton would be difficult to mince, so I mixed in some pork. In fact, it is also very easy to grind pure mutton.

  2. Install the meat grinder on the ACA chef machine and use the meat grinder blade with the largest hole. Directly use the dough kneading bucket provided by the machine to receive the meat filling.

  3. You can use the 5th to 8th gear for mincing meat. I chose the 6th gear.

  4. Place the cut meat in the drain pan above and turn on the machine

  5. The meat filling came out quickly, and the meat was mixed in minutes.

  6. Add ground ginger, five-spice powder, salt, and rice wine to the minced meat filling

  7. After stirring evenly, add water in batches. Stir each time you add water until it is completely absorbed before adding the next time.

  9. Boil the vermicelli with water, add a little soy sauce and five-spice powder until soft, then chop into pieces and add to the mixed meat filling

  10. Mix the vermicelli and meat filling evenly and then add chopped green onions. The green onions should be mixed with sesame oil first and then mixed with the filling

  12. Blanch the spinach, then squeeze out the excess water, add the same amount of water, install the juicer cup of the chef's machine, turn the chef's machine to level 7, stir at high speed for 2 minutes, and mash the spinach into a paste

  14. Take 150 grams of spinach paste and add flour

  15. Start the 1--2 speed of the mixer and knead the dough

  16. Start with speed 1, then change to speed 2 after the dough is formed, kneading for a total of 5 minutes. Then add a small piece of white dough and it will no longer be as shown in the picture.

  17. Cut the two kinds of dough into pieces. The green dough is 3 times the size of the white dough.

  18. Put the white dough on top and roll it into a thin round piece

  19. Wrap in the stuffing and close properly, not too tightly, so that you can pour the juice when eating

  20. After the water boils, put it in the basket and steam over high heat for 10 minutes. When eating, you can top it with garlic paste, sesame sauce, chili oil, etc. according to your preference
