Brush the swimming crab shell clean with a brush

Use a knife to pry open the shell, remove the gills and internal organs, and then clean them. Use a knife to cut off the tongs, crack the tongs with the back of the knife, and cut the middle part into four sections

Add a little water to the flour and stir into a paste

Chop onions and ginger and set aside.

Wash the rice cakes and set aside

Dip the cut portion into batter

Pour oil into the pot and heat over medium heat. Add the batter-coated crab segments into the pot and deep-fry until final shape.

After everything is fried, add the remaining tongs, onions and ginger, stir-fry for a while

Add oyster sauce and other seasonings and stir-fry evenly

Pour into a small bowl of water and bring to a boil

Pour the rice cake into the pot and stir-fry evenly

Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent the rice cake from sticking to the bottom.

Stir-fry until the soup is almost dry and then turn off the heat
