Overview
What the hell is a one-night stain? I didn’t know it before, and I believe many people have never heard of it. Later I learned that it turns out to be what we often call diving pickles. One-night pickles are very popular in Japan, and there are many kinds of pickles. The method is very simple. You only need to mix your favorite fruits and vegetables with the prepared sauce, and then marinate them overnight to turn them into appetizers. They are very tasty and refreshing. In summer, they can be eaten as an appetizer and as a meal.

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Wash various vegetables and cut into small pieces

Add 4g salt

Mix well, cover and marinate for about 1 hour

Pour away the marinated water

Put vinegar, sugar, 10g salt and cold boiled water into a bowl, stir well and set aside

Take a lemon slice and cut it into small pieces

Place the vegetables squeezed out of the brine into the pickling jar

Pour in the marinade

Cover with a heavy glass cover

Cover with dust cover and refrigerate overnight

You can enjoy it the next day. If you like, you can add some sesame oil and spicy oil to make it more appetizing
