Braised Pork with Beer Potatoes
Overview
Braised pork with potatoes is an ordinary home-cooked dish, and it is also one of my favorite dishes. The potatoes are fragrant and soft. They are cooked entirely with beer without adding a drop of water. The wine is fragrant and the meat is fragrant but not woody. The taste is still very good, haha~~~
