Chicken juice, wolfberry and yam porridge
Overview
Drinking porridge in winter has many benefits. If the meal is just such a simple bowl of porridge, you might as well add some brown rice to the white rice; use yam to make porridge, and iron rod yam is the best choice; in order to increase the delicious taste and avoid using umami agents, chicken soup base must be a winning trick; if you use chicken soup, don't make sweet porridge. If it is for dinner, salty porridge or light porridge is healthier.

Wash the japonica rice and brown rice, add 1 drop of salad oil, mix well and let it sit for more than 1 hour;
