Have all the main ingredients ready. The beef and eggs are cooked in advance.

First make the noodles. Dissolve an appropriate amount of salt with water, slowly pour the salt water into the flour, and stir until it becomes flocculent. Use a pasta machine to press into noodles. If you don’t have a dough press, you’ll have to roll the dough by hand.

Add beef stock and appropriate amount of water, and add a teaspoon of June fresh soy sauce to taste. Add coriander before serving.
