Garlic Grouper
Overview
This is also a steaming method to make grouper, but the oil poured in at the end is garlic oil, which makes the whole fish full of garlic flavor.

Remove the scales from the grouper and wash the internal organs.

Make a slash on the fish.

Put it into a plate, add appropriate amount of green onion and ginger segments, and pour white wine over it.

Place in steamer.

Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

Add the seasoning Maggi, vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce into a bowl and mix well.

Pour away the steamed soup and onions and ginger.

Sprinkle with scallions and ginger.

Chop the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant.

Pour over the steamed grouper.

Then pour in the prepared fish sauce.
