Spicy fried snails
Overview
It is a dish that my family likes to eat very much. It is delicious with rice and wine. My friends also like to eat it. Every time they come to play, they will cook a big plate and eat it up in a while.

Wash the snails and break off the tail tip.

Chop the peppers and ginger and set aside.
