Ingredients: dough (or buy dumpling wrappers directly), cucumber, shrimp, pork neck, coriander, seasonings (olive oil, white pepper, sesame oil, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce).

Vegetable filling - shred cucumber, mince coriander, add olive oil and mix well.

Meat filling - dice shrimp and pork neck, add sesame oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and white pepper to taste, marinate for about 15 minutes.

After the dumpling wrapper is prepared, mix the vegetable filling and meat filling evenly.

Then call all the adults and children at home to get started (it doesn’t matter how ugly the buns are, the stuffing we prepared will taste good).

After the water boils, add the dumplings. Be careful not to cook too many at one time. You can cook them in multiple batches. When the pot is boiling, add half a bowl of cold water. Repeat adding water three times and take out the dumplings. Continue to add raw dumplings and cook in the second pot.
