Crab Meal and Tofu Soup
Overview
This is a dish with endless aftertaste, fragrant and tender. The crabs are extremely delicious. In addition to steaming and enjoying the original flavor, I always like to sit down quietly by myself, kick out the crab roe and crab meat, and then make a meal of crabmeal and tofu soup for myself and my family. It is so delicious.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and prepare the crab roe

Prepare chopped green onion, ginger juice and water starch

After the water in the pot boils, blanch the tofu and remove it

Heat the pan and pour oil
