Use tweezers to remove the ink from the squid, wash and drain

Cut into circles and blocks

Wash green peppers and cut into strips

Slice the garlic into flat pieces, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the pepper into rings (I forgot to pat them)

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the ginger and garlic

Add squid rings and stir-fry, add some cooking wine and salt and stir-fry
-
Add green peppers and stir-fry, add some very fresh soy sauce, sprinkle in chili rings and stir-fry before serving

Remove from pan and plate
