Stuffed Morels
Overview
Morels are a rare species of edible fungi, so named because of the uneven surface of their caps, which look like morels. Morels are also called morels, sheep mushrooms, and morels. It is used for qi stagnation caused by food accumulation, abdominal distension, phlegm, qi obstruction, dyspnea and cough. First time making fresh s’mores!

Wash fresh morels in water

Squeeze the filling into the morels
