  7. Heat oil in a pot, fry the tofu over low heat until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside.

  8. In another pot, add a little oil, sauté the chopped green onion and garlic, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

  9. Add tomatoes, add a little light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add half a bowl of boiling water and bring to a boil.
