Tomato-roasted tofu
Overview
Braised tofu with tomatoes is a simple home-cooked dish that is suitable for all ages. The tofu is fried, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and simmered with tomatoes. It absorbs the tomato soup, making the soup full, sweet and sour, and it's so delicious that you can't stop eating it.

Prepare ingredients.

Chop the shallot into finely chopped green onions and slice the garlic.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of salt and blanch the tofu for one minute. Drain in cold water and set aside.

Put the mushrooms in and blanch them in water for one minute, drain them under cold water and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, fry the tofu over low heat until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside.

In another pot, add a little oil, sauté the chopped green onion and garlic, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tomatoes, add a little light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add half a bowl of boiling water and bring to a boil.

Add the fried tofu and stir-fry evenly.
