Shiitake mushrooms have many edible effects such as improving immunity and delaying aging. They are an excellent vegetable rich in nutrients. There are many ways to prepare shiitake mushrooms. Use them as fillings, which are not only smooth and tender, but also have a rich flavor. Very delicious. This time I made steamed dumplings, which are twice as big as boiled dumplings.   10. Once the dough is ready, make the dough and roll out the dough. The size depends on personal preference. The dumplings I made were twice as big as normal dumplings,
