Shiitake mushrooms have many edible effects such as improving immunity and delaying aging. They are an excellent vegetable rich in nutrients. There are many ways to prepare shiitake mushrooms. Use them as fillings, which are not only smooth and tender, but also have a rich flavor. Very delicious. This time I made steamed dumplings, which are twice as big as boiled dumplings. They are mixed with pork and shiitake mushrooms. They are chewy on the outside and fragrant and delicious on the inside

Make the dough first and mix it. The dough is a little softer than boiled dumplings. I used a ratio of 500g flour and 300g water.

Pick and wash fresh mushrooms.

Boil water and blanch, then cool and dry.
