Fried buns
Overview
I don't eat steamed buns that much, especially ordinary steamed buns. I might eat them when I'm hungry and have nothing else to eat. The exceptions are the soup dumplings and the fried dumplings with juice inside, which I think are more delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add yeast to the flour, add appropriate amount of cold water and stir to form a fluff.
-
Add to keep the noodles fresh for half an hour (I personally don’t like to eat fermented noodles. If you like fermented noodles, you can wait for fermentation).
-
Add egg white, salt, light soy sauce, and pepper to the minced meat and mix well.
-
Then add the onion and ginger and mix well.
-
Add half a bowl of warm water to the thick soup, add it to the minced meat several times and stir evenly (you can also use bone broth directly).
-
After each addition of soup water, stir until absorbed before adding the next time.
-
Knead the dough evenly, roll into strips and cut into equal portions.
-
Roll into a round crust.
-
Take one portion and roll it into a round wrapper and put it into the meat filling.
-
Then wrap them into small buns and cook them all in sequence.
-
Place the buns in a greased frying pan and fry over low heat until the bottom is browned.
-
Then sprinkle with black sesame seeds, pour an appropriate amount of cold water, cover and simmer.
-
Finally, pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onions and fry for a while.
