Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the old stems and rotten stems, wash them and drain them.
-
Put 1 gram of salt in the water, blanch it, take it out quickly, and put it in cold water to cool down.
-
Squeeze out the water, don't squeeze too hard and it will dry out. Chop finely.
-
I set aside a portion to make vegetarian dumplings, and put appropriate amounts of five-spice powder, ginger powder, chopped green onion, and minced garlic into two basins.
-
Put more oil in the wok, add peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, take out the peppercorns, and divide the oil between the two boxes of vegetable fillings, using slightly more oil for the vegetarian ones.
-
Chop the scrambled eggs and mix well in a vegetable basin.
-
Cut the pork belly into small pieces, add cooking wine and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until cooked. Place directly in a vegetable basin and mix well.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and open the package.
