Stir-fried shredded pork and winter bamboo shoots with sauerkraut
Overview
The food in the canteen downstairs of our company is not good, and you can often eat rubber bands, packaging ropes, etc. It is really scary. I bought an electric lunch box a few days ago and am going to bring my own food. The fried pork with sauerkraut is very good whether it is served with dry rice or porridge. The photo was taken at night. The lighting in the kitchen is too dim. Let’s take a look with pictures and text:)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the fat and lean pork separately;
-
Cut winter bamboo shoots, garlic sprouts, and ginger into shreds, slice garlic, and cut pepper into sections;
-
Cut homemade sauerkraut into small pieces (flatten it first, cut it into strips lengthwise, then cut it into pieces in a tic-tac-shape shape);
-
Sit on the pot, put the sauerkraut in the wok and stir-fry off the excess water (no need to add oil!) The stir-fried sauerkraut will not easily release water when stir-fried, and it will be more delicious;
-
Heat oil in another pot, add fat and stir-fry the oil;
-
Add lean meat, garlic slices, and pepper segments and stir-fry until the meat turns white, add a small amount of light soy sauce to adjust the color;
-
Fry the winter bamboo shoots for a while;
-
Add sauerkraut and stir-fry evenly;
-
Add garlic sprouts to enhance the aroma and add a little chicken powder;
-
Plate.
