Chop the pork into minced meat and chop as finely as possible. Chop chives and mince appropriate amount of ginger.

Add ginger foam, rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt to the meat filling and mix evenly. Add appropriate amount of water in batches and stir until the meat filling is thick.

Add chives, appropriate amount of salad oil and sesame oil and stir evenly.

Rinse the fried tofu and use a knife to make slits on one side of the tofu.

Put water or stock in the pot, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger, chili, and appropriate amount of thirteen-spice powder to taste.
