Crispy Chive Dumplings
Overview
These crispy dumplings are not fried, they are baked. Compared with frying, it saves a lot of time and is more comfortable. You don’t have to stand in front of the stove, endure the high temperature, and have to flip over in a hurry. If you are not careful, you may get one or two small blisters due to the splash of oil~~ The baked dumplings also taste very good, with crispy skin and juicy meat filling, and they are delicious when dipped in spicy sauce~~
