  1. Prepare white radish and pork belly

  2. Wash the pork belly, blanch it in cold water and remove it

  3. Pour water into another pot, add pork belly, add cooking wine, ginger, star anise, spring onion, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat for 20 minutes
