Peel the white radish, cut it in half and cut it into two centimeters (the haggis I bought is cut)

Add water to the pot and add haggis and radish. After the water boils, add refined salt and chicken essence. You can also add a little chili oil to cook to make the color more colorful

While the soup is cooking, wash and mince the coriander and green onions

The haggis is ready in fifteen minutes

You can scald some vermicelli in a bowl
