Mussels cooked in white wine
Overview
Mussels cooked in white wine have always been one of my favorite foreign dishes. This dish has a strong aroma and a refreshing feeling. Although white wine is added, the white wine evaporates under heat and loses the smell of wine, but also removes the fishy smell of the mussels. Adding lemon and parsley, the whole dish has a strong aroma but a refreshing feeling, and the taste is also very rich.
