Stir-fried snow peas with squid
Overview
Snow peas are one of the vegetables with high nutritional value. They can benefit the spleen and stomach, produce body fluids and quench thirst, harmonize the middle and lower the qi, and facilitate urination. Regular consumption is effective in treating weak spleen and stomach, distension in the lower abdomen, vomiting and diarrhea, postpartum lactation, irritability, heat and thirst. When choosing snow peas, look for green color, thin pods, and small seeds so they taste crisp and tender. Squid is dried squid. The two ingredients are stir-fried together. It is extremely delicious and goes well with rice and wine!
