Overview

I bought raw mutton skewers and grilled some at home during my day off! As long as you are willing to do it, it is actually not difficult! Today I continue to use the UKOEO steam oven, and its automatic menu has kebabs! So easy!

  1. Bought ready-made mutton skewers

  2. I looked at the ingredient list and just added some salt

  3. Re-mixed the marinade: light soy sauce, white wine, sugar, minced onion and ginger, pepper water, cumin, cumin, salad oil and stir evenly

  4. Marinate the mutton skewers for a while, I spent about an hour

  5. Select the kebab program of the automatic menu, the default is 200 degrees and 20 minutes

  6. After preheating is completed, put the mutton skewers in. Note that I placed the mutton skewers on the grill grid, put a baking sheet underneath and covered with tin foil, close the oven door, and the machine continues to work

  7. Halfway through the time, take it out and sprinkle with chili powder and cumin powder, turn over
