Peel and mince garlic.

Cut the pork into small cubes.

Wash the cabbage and peel it one piece at a time.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the diced pork and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the skin of the diced meat is slightly charred, add soybean paste and stir-fry over low heat.

Stir constantly to prevent the sauce from sticking to the pan. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until the garlic aroma develops.

Remove and set aside.

Put the cabbage into the pot and steam until it is tender and take it out.

Take a cabbage leaf, add rice and fried sauce and wrap it up before eating.
