【Tuna Bacon Pizza】Mix and match is also exciting
Overview
I rarely mess with pizza because I have to eat a thick crust every time. My mother likes it very much, but she only eats two pieces at a time. I can't waste it by making it all the time. When I went to the supermarket, I picked up a can of oil-immersed tuna. When I first started eating tuna in oil, I thought the fishy smell was too strong. I didn't dare to buy it again until I went to a cafe for afternoon tea a few days ago and ordered a tuna mushroom pizza. Although it is a small store, I thought it would be hard to swallow. The result is quite tasty. I especially like pizza with a thin crust. I should buy a stone slab at home to make delicious Italian pizza. No matter, roll out the crust yourself and make a super mixed tuna and asparagus pizza. Asparagus is my favorite. I added a small home-grown cherry tomato and paired it with the sweet and sour Heinz tomato sauce. The color is definitely very appetizing

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix the dough ingredients into the mixing bucket. Do not put the yeast together with the liquid. You can poke a small hole in the middle of the flour and pour the yeast into the middle. Then knead the dough and ferment until it doubles in size
-
Heat a pan without adding oil, add bacon and fry over low heat until slightly browned, take it out and tear into small pieces when it is no longer hot
-
Bacon will produce oil when frying. At this time, you can directly put the shredded potatoes into the excess oil and fry until soft. Sprinkle in a little salt and black pepper and mix well
-
Also put the asparagus into the pan and fry it, add a little black pepper
-
Use a rolling pin to roll out the fermented dough to the same width as the baking pan, with a thickness of 0.3-0.5CM (the thickness is up to your preference)
-
Place the rolled out dough sheet into the baking pan and pile the dough slightly high around it
-
Let rest for 10 minutes and spread tomato sauce evenly on the surface (if you like sweet and sour, you can put more)
-
Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce, add shredded potatoes, and torn bacon
-
Drain the tuna, tear it into small pieces, place it on the bacon, and sprinkle with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese
-
Finally, evenly add asparagus strips and cherry tomatoes on top of the mozzarella cheese (you can add a layer of cheese on top)
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with hot air circulating up and down, bake for about 25 minutes until the crust is golden, take it out and serve while hot
