I love to eat wotiao, but I am afraid of the fumes when making it. But during the Chinese New Year, I have plenty of time to clean up, so I made several oily dishes; fresh meat and shrimp wotiao, the dough is still crispy, bite into it, plus the juicy filling, the texture is rich and delicious, just right!
