Fish-flavored King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
The dish I want to share with you today is fish-flavored king oyster mushroom. For cooking king oyster mushroom, the most commonly used method is to shred or slice it and pair it with meat to get its fresh flavor. But after making it a few times, I discovered that I could tear the king oyster mushrooms into strips by hand and cook them directly with the fish aroma. Stir-fried shredded king oyster mushrooms are like shredded pork. Not only is the meat thick and plump, but the finished product and texture also look like fish-flavored shredded pork. It is definitely the most classic improved version of fish-flavored shredded pork. It is even more delicious than meat, with a sweet, sour, spicy taste that goes well with rice. If you like the smell of fish and especially king oyster mushrooms like me, then this dish will be a good choice.
