Tear broccoli 1209 into small florets. Chop two garlic cloves and appropriate amount of green and red pepper.

One chicken drumstick, cut into thin strips.

Add an appropriate amount of salt and a little olive oil to the pot, add the water to the boil, blanch the broccoli for about 50 seconds, and remove the cold water.

Remove the water from the broccoli and place the minced garlic and chili rings on top of the broccoli. Heat a small spoonful of oil in a wok. When the oil is hot, fry a few Sichuan peppercorns and half of dried chili until fragrant. Pour the hot oil over the minced garlic and chili rings and stir evenly.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of mirin (you can add a little sugar instead) to the mixed broccoli, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well.
