Cut the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients as shown in the picture and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, add peppercorns and all accessories and stir-fry until fragrant. Add konjac, cooking wine, Vitamax, sugar, and 30 ml of purified water over high heat. Stir-fry until there is not much water.

Add the sour beans and the remaining 30 ml of purified water, turn to medium heat to reduce the juice and drizzle with sesame oil.
