Wash the white radish and cut into hob pieces.

Blanch the white radish in water, remove and drain.

Add bean curd and light soy sauce to the bowl, and crush the bean curd into bean curd sauce.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant, and stir-fry the white radish.

Add fermented bean curd sauce.
